Place chicken in large non-stick skillet with ½ cup water or chicken stock. Cover. Cook over low heat until chicken is light brown. Add garlic cloves, oregano, basil
Add the rest of water or chicken stock (4-1/2 cups).
Simmer for at least 30-40 minutes, until chicken is done
-Place the hot cooked capellini in a large, low pasta bowl
-Pour the brown sauce from the skillet with the cooked chicken over the cooked capellini.
Sprinkle on the grated cheese and mix altogether lightly
